SHIPPING POLICY

 

DOMESTIC ORDERS

We proudly offer complimentary domestic shipping over $100. Orders under $100 shipped within the United States will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and subject to the shipping fee. Processing time can take 1-2 business days. Allow 1-3 business days from when the item(s) were shipped to receive your order. You will receive an email shipping confirmation once your order has shipped along with your tracking number.

V2J Closet is not liable for missing packages marked delivered by USPS. If you believe your package was mis-delivered we recommend filing a claim with USPS directly as all packages are insured.

YOU'RE IN GOOD HANDS, WE’VE GOT YOUR BACK…

 

We offer store credit for your eligible merchandise returned to us that can be used towards future purchases. Please review our policy and return your item(s) using the instructions below.

 

Please email info@v2jcloset.com before proceeding with a return to be provided with the return address. We aim to respond to all requests within 72 hours. 

 

We allow up to 14 days for returns from the day the item(s) were delivered. We are unable to accept returns received after this date. At the moment we do not offer free returns, the customer will have to pay for the cost of shipping. 

 

All merchandise sent back for store credit are subject to a full inspection upon arrival. Please note V2JCloset reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of item(s) that are not returned with their original tags attached. Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered. 

 

Additionally, item(s) purchased with a promotional code or on sale cannot be exchanged or returned at this time.

 

I HAVE RETURNED MY ITEMS, WHAT’S NEXT?

 

Store credit will be processed within 14 days of receipt. This will be in the amount paid for the returned item(s) excluding shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We will send a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
